John Brodix,
First, thank you for reading this piece and for your thoughtful commentary about it. There is a lot of food for thought in your reply. I love the idea of the different time elements you have proposed and in particular the idea of the future consuming the past. You might enjoy a site called 'The Louisiana Channel,' that I've recently come across. In particular an interview with the author Peter Hoeg. In the interview he references his novel and specifically talks about how, in the end, time, is not precise.
Thank you so much for reading this. I really appreciate it.
Sincerely,
--Shannon
